STAR Requirements

• Perform full time research (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 8-week training program
• Attend weekly STAR and Responsible Conduct of Research seminars
• Submit an abstract and present your research at the St. Albert’s Day Research Forum

Additional T35 Trainee Requirements

• Complete NIH-required documentation through NIH X-Train as directed by grant administration
• Submit a written final report to the STAR administrator
• Thoughtfully complete the End-of-Program survey (sent via e-mail from SurveyMonkey)
• Acknowledge NIH support in any presentations, posters, or manuscripts emanating from this work with a statement such as:
  Funding provided by NIH grant T35 HL120835 (for NHLBI projects) or Funding provided by NIH grant T35 AI25220 (for NIAID projects)
