About
Dr. Rentmeester is a director at the AMA and managing editor of the AMA Journal of Ethics. A philosopher by training, her scholarly interests have been in moral psychology, health justice, and medical humanities. She has taught health policy and ethics to numerous health professional and student learners; served on numerous ethics committees, IRBs, and licensure boards; and regularly consults on ethically complex cases in a variety of health care settings.
